  • Contact target investors and screen for suitability with manager’s strategy and investment style

  • Introduce portfolio manager to potential investors

  • Provide feedback to portfolio manager

  • Develop tailored follow-up plan

  • Create distribution list of prospects

  • Provide monthly activity report
