Michel Péretié
Michel Péretié is currently a Partner & CEO at RiverRock European Capital Partners, an independent alternative investment firm providing innovative capital solutions to predominantly small and medium-sized European companies. Mr. Péretié has 33 years of experience in Corporate and Investment Banking leading large international teams. He previously served as the CEO of Société Générale Corporate & Investment Banking (2008-2012). Prior to that, he was Chairman & CEO of Bear Stearns International (2000-2008) and Global Head of Fixed Income at BNPParibas (1980-2000). He holds a Master’s degree in Economics and Finance and is a graduate of the Institute of Business Administration of the Sorbonne (IAE).
Louis-Armand de Rougé
Louis Armand de Rougé has over 25 years of experience in the financial industry and has a strong record of developing novel approaches in financial asset management into successful businesses. He assisted in the launch of Milltrust International, a group specializing in emerging market funds. Prior to that, he pioneered the development of MATIF and was instrumental in founding UBP AM in New York. Furthermore, he facilitated one of the first non-French entities, Richcourt Fund Advisors (Citco’s alternative investment arm), to obtain regulatory approval in France, an effort which helped him raise over $700 million AUM. During that time he managed portfolios through the 2008 crisis and achieved one of the best returns amongst his peers in France. Mr. de Rougé graduated from La Sorbonne with a DEA in American and Business Law in 1983, and obtained a Law Degree from the French Institute of Comparative Law, Paris in 1981.
